Frequently Asked Questions

Check-in is from 15:00 on your arrival day. We ask visitors to check out no later than 11:00 on the day of your departure. This is so we can clean and prepare the property for the next guests.

We can sometimes offer early or late check-outs at an additional charge. If you’d like to arrange this, please get in touch with the host.

We have easy-to-access lockboxes at the side entrance to the apartments, the details will be emailed to you 24 hours before check-in.

We do allow domestic animals to stay, though an additional cleaning fee of £25 applies. We do ask that pets are not left alone in the apartment at any time.




No, this apartment block is situated in a quiet residential area with families and young children. We DO NOT allow parties of any type. Parties or excessive loud music/noise can result in you being asked to leave with no refund will be given.

Smoking is NOT permitted within the building and a cleaning fee of £150 will be charged if a guest smokes within our apartments. 

Please get in touch with your host and we will happily provide you with an invoice for your stay.

Unfortunately, because of the age of the building, there are some stairs to every apartment. The minimum number of steps to one of our apartments is eight. Unfortunately, there is no lift access to these flats.

Yes, there is one dedicated car parking space per apartment. Each flat has its own numbered parking space. Parking is on-site and free during your stay. There are some visitor spaces marked with a “V” if you have a second vehicle. There is free unrestricted on-street parking too. If your vehicle is larger than a transit van we ask that you park on the street.

If you lose a set of keys, please let your host know as soon as possible. If they can’t be found, we will bill you £25.

Like most hotels and accommodation providers we ask for a security deposit. The security deposit is £200 and is a hold of funds on a credit or debit card. This is then released 3 days after check-out.

If your check-in date and 3 days after your stay is longer than 7 days our card processing provider will re-authorise this £200 again as we can only hold funds for 7 days.

The security deposit will not show as a transaction, either when it’s held, or when it’s released, but will reflect in your available balance. Some banks may take an additional day for this available balance to show in your account.

Should we need to take money from your deposit we will explain why, this is only in instances such as lost keys, malicious damage, or smoking in the property. We would not take money from the deposit for minor breakages or without notifying you first.

We require the lead booker (guest making the reservation) to be a minimum age of 21.

As a historical and vibrant spa town, there are lots of things to see and do in Leamington Spa. Whether you’re a solo traveller, couple, group or family, you can enjoy a stay here. Wander along the historical parade, relax in the stunning parks or check out the many events and exciting nightlife.

Leamington Spa is in the county of Warwickshire in central England. It is a half-hour train ride or a 50-minute drive away from Birmingham. It is also close to the historical towns of Warwick, Kenilworth and Stratford-upon-Avon.
